Information from the earth system model simulations will be incorporated into the FaIR simple climate model, enabling FaIR to generate the evolution of temperatures from changes to H₂ emissions, as well as Global Warming Potentials (GWPs) and other climate metrics (GTP, GWP* etc) for hydrogen. A configuration of FaIR as a policy tool will be produced to enable policy makers to easily quantify climate impacts of H₂ scenarios.
